His former dream was to obtain all of the Unova badges and challenge the league, but he has already managed to succeed in doing that along with a couple of his friends, he has settled for simply traveling around and meeting more people and Pokemon. He had recently begun to set his eyes on traveling to different regions and conquering the gyms and leagues there until Team Ultimatum made their appearance. For now, he has been traveling around and training while in search of Team Ultimatum and doing anything he can do to prevent their wrong doings. His father being a former trainer and his mother a coordinator, he was raised in a world surrounded by Pokemon and learned much about them over the years to come. At a very young age, he decided for himself that he would become the best trainer he could possibly be and that he would obtain all eight of Unova's badges to one day challenge the league. He also made sure everyone around him knew of his dream, mainly with that loud mouth of his. Finally, the day he had been waiting for his entire life came. When Professor Juniper presented him and his friends with all of the Unova starters, he knew exactly what one he wanted. His choice was a quiet male Snivy that he bonded quickly with in the first few days of having him by his side. Black spent most of his time on his journey training and traveling around Unova, marveled by all the sights and the Pokemon that there were to catch. Along the way, he caught several different Pokemon that helped him greatly throughout his adventure to earn himself all of the badges. During the time he traveled around the different areas of Unova, he caught and befriended many Pokemon and began to carve out his team. One of the first he caught was his calm and sleepy Munna, which eventually evolved into his Musharna in the Dreamyard. His Braviary was obtained through a trade with a friend he made and fit into Black's team almost naturally. His Haxorus, then an Axew, was saved from drowning and decided to join his team, soon becoming one of his most powerful Pokemon. Galvantula was caught at the entrance of Chargestone Cave and slowly but surely warmed up to Black and the rest of his Pokemon. The most recent Pokemon he has added to his team is his Carracosta, who most resembles a grumpy old man. He still doesn't get on with Black all that well, but he's beginning to learn to accept his trainer. Of course, there was trouble during his journey that he knew he, along with his three best friends, had to put an end to. He battled Team Plasma as much as he could in order to put an end to their plans. Eventually, the combined effort brought a sufficient end to Team Plasma and Unova was restored to peace once again. Black continued to travel, train and ensure that he was powerful enough to challenge the league. After he had obtained all eight badges, he challenged the league and came out on top with his Pokemon right there by his side. Having completed at least one of his dreams, he began to set his eyes on traveling to other regions until Team Ultimatum's arrival.
