She leads a band of orphans who steal from the rich and give to the poor, per say. They snag abused or underused pokemon from trainers and give them to underprivileged kids who can’t afford to go to a lab and get their own. Being the type of person that she is, Liss needed enrichment for her slightly ADD disordered brain. None of that was provided. And so she caused trouble. Lots of trouble. She soon became one of the most notorious children ever to walk the streets of Goldenrod by the age of seven. She soon amassed a small band of followers, fellow orphans. The group immersed themselves in the care of other orphans still on the streets and using street smarts to survive the horrible world that they lived in. They acquired talents, pick-pocketing, stealing, foraging, and the art of using pokemon in heist-like operations. Of course Alissa caught numerous pokemon during this time, all useful monkeys (and the odd couple out, Scrafty and Mandibuzz). The team was rather dysfunctional in life together but was still amazing at carrying out jobs. The group, when Alissa was ten, ran away from the orphanage, vowing never to return. They were soon forced out of Goldenrod however, when the location of their hideout was compromised. Still, they continued on the road, only growing stronger. Liss was the obvious leader and she was the one that suggested that they travel out to other regions and help orphans there. They’ve been through every major city, wreaking havoc on all who live there. The band steals money and pokemon which they then give to orphans that have nothing, earning Alissa the nickname “Robin Hood” and her followers “The Merry Women” (seeing that they are all females from the orphan house). They hack into the PC system for unused pokemon and wear masks to hide their identities. Soon, Alissa grew tired of group life and decided to head out solo for a while. She left her band in the capable hands of her faithful deputy Christina and left them somewhere in Hoenn.
