When things do not go exactly her way, you better watch out. • Sophisticated - Caitlin tries to keep up with appearances and despite her sometimes uncontrollable temper she likes her demeanor to remain cool and collective. • Honest/Straightforward - She doesn't beat around the bush or try to deceive you, at all times Caitlin prefers to give out her full opinion, wheather that be positive or not • Psychic - In some rare moments Caitlin does demonstrate some psychic abilities, however she is not yet skilled or confident enough to control them. • Judgmental - Anything from a person's hair style and attire, to the way they control their Pokemon in battle Caitlin is very critical and easy to judge. Likewise she is also very hard to impress. • Battle Enthusiast - After being forbidden to battle due to her mental instability, Caitlin now craves the thrill of fighting. She has low expectations of most trainers but when she is evenly matched her excitement is clearly shown. • Reclusive - To fully expose herself to another would mean death to Caitlin. She secretly fears that others would not accept her for her psychic/mental instabilities so she puts up a wall to hide those flaws. Most just perceive that she is cold and unwelcoming because of this. • Dependent - Even if she likes to act like an adult Caitlin is still a young girl, and has many moments of dependency. Although she is now trying to live without her butler Darach, she has difficulty caring for herself and often looks to others to help her prepare meals or look after her. • Easily Bored - Having lived a Princess her entire life, Caitlin has always had her every fantasy and wish fulfilled. As a result of being so spoiled and cared for, she is easily un-amused and little excites her. When sometimes does peak her interest however, it is hard for her to keep her attention away. • Prissy - Elaborate clothing, 5 star restaurants, lace umbrellas and fancy cars- Caitlin loves the best of the best and never settles for anything below her standards. She regards pokemon in the same fashion, either they are the strongest with the best stats or she does not want them on her team. It was quickly established by her parents that Caitlin was no ordinary baby; her crying had a shrill piercing quality that rang in their ears and if she ever threw a temper tantrum, toys and objects would ricocheted off the walls. By age four she was moved into the Battle Castle and placed under the watchful care of Darach, her Butler. Her first pokemon, a male Ralts, was given to her on her seventh birthday and immediately the two formed a very strong bond. Battle Castle was her playground and battling trainers her passion. Newcomers were more often than not surprised and outraged upon discovery that their opponent was a young, fragile looking girl but Caitlin never let her age discourage her from becoming stronger. For nearly five years she remained undefeated until she was finally outmatched by a mysterious and much stronger trainer, and the loss was devastating especially when her former Raltz, now a fully evolved Gallade, was brutally defeated. Caitlin lost complete grip of her mental stability, and as a result her powers nearly destroyed half of the Battle Castle. During her recovery and the restoration of the castle's interior structure, Darach fought in her place while Caitlin simply watched the fight. She was terrified that another loss might set off her powers again and something worse may happen, and someone she loved might be hurt in the process. Still, she missed the trill of battle. Caitlin took it upon herself to go on her own journey to challenge and learn to control her unstable powers. She traveled the five regions, for the first time surviving on her own, and eventually settled back in Unova when she was approached by Cynthia to join the Unova Elite.
