It's hard to find someone she doesn't like in some way, though others may feel quite differently about her. She doesn't concern herself with the battles going on in the world, so even hardened Team Ultimatum members are cool with her. Just don't pull her into your "petty conflicts." Furthermore, she probably has a few high-class childhood friends from her early schooling and life, though their loyalty to her may or may not be questionable.

That said, being Frances, more serious people will probably dislike her carefree attitude and pranks - I can see some people holding a grudge against her for that reason, or others - for example, her total unwillingness to take any moral stand. Betrayal would be a very real deal for Frances... if there was anything in her life to seriously betray her over.

She's had flings and short relationships galore, but anything more committed has escaped her, possibly because she's far better with children than she ever was with adults. That said, her skills in problem-solving would make her a good partner, if they could deal with her constant prankstering and apparent inability to be serious. She goes for the bad guy/girl type mostly - she thinks it's hot and such. I do believe she ends up with Raina, if that plot's still on.

_{Oookay soooooo, i love the idea of these two being chums, I'm not suggesting any serious plottage, but i thought it would be cute/humorous if we created a thread where the two were paired up to give a pokemon lesson to a group of gnarly brats. x3 From there i can see a pretty cute friendship developing, and Bill being a sucker for girls he would likely develop a mad crush on Frances. Somehow i doubt she would be mutually interested, since he is so OLD nerdy and all, and we could just see what happens!!}

PFT I can totally see that happening. She'd be thinking he was nice, but then of course, being Frances, she'd prank him.. making it really hard to actually teach, until she realized the kids were getting out of control. As for the crush, she'd probably flirt to tease him a bit, but not really be interested - he's too nerdy nice for her. But it would be totally hilarious, yes yes. Thread?
