Things were finally going to go as planned. After much plotting, he and Cynthia were finally going to get the answers they needed. Held in the green-haired sleuth’s hands was his Poketch, well-disguised as a pokeball that he put in his right pocket thanks to his Zoroark’s ability to create illusions. ”Alright, Cynthia… They should be in here at any minute, got it? Get ready to listen.” N ordered over the Poketch before sitting down in a huge, official looking desk with three seats around him. Just what exactly did Giovanni and his father need him for, anyway?

Still, there wasn’t much he could do but wait… It was rather boring, to be honest. Even when the situation was so tense. N honestly didn’t know what to expect..

The ex-leader of Plasma had loathed any interaction with his "son" since the incident at the Elite Four... he had tried to make him into a slave of Ultimatum since it was created, in order to distance himself from him. Luckily, the boy seemed somewhat broken as of late... Ghetsis still wanted to keep him around as an asset that could POSSIBLY be used in the future, but he had learned that N couldn't be trusted.

He grudgingly walked down the halls of Team Ultimatum's home base. Giovanni had called some meeting.. he was still wary of that man as well, even though he had given him the opportunity to rise to power again. Of course, given the opportunity, Ghetsis would uproot him and take full control of Ultimatum, but for now he would have to go along with the ex-boss of Team Rocket's boss.

Entering the room, he noticed that his son was waiting for him... he wondered what Giovanni had called him for, anyway.

Before son and father could sit alone in further awkward silence a slender figure with long red hair burst open the door. ”Dad didn’t say he was going to call in you idiots.” She said in a rather grim tone of voice as soon as her crimson-colored eyes caught sight of them. The young sleuth was an office worker for Team Ultimatum, and she was known around the organization for being the spoiled rotton daughter of Giovanni. In Soul’s arms was a large rectangular box that looked a little like a board game.

Without another word or irritated glance towards either of the two green-haired men, Soul sat down in the chair of the table that was furthest away from Ghetsis and N. ”N is a lot more attractive than his ugly ass father. But then again, N kind of looks like a prissy girl. What the hell kind of name is “N”, anyway? Was Ghetsis on something when he named his child?” She thought; unconciously glaring at the two men without knowing it.

”Anyway, I didn’t know that you two were going to be here. Just don’t start talking about your stupid family problems. Ultimatum is getting kinda tired of hearing about how you fucked over your son. Of course your stupid plot wouldn’t work… I don’t know what the hell you’re thinking, but that’s not why we’re here.” She continued. ”Originally, dad did have something planned… But now that you’re here, I think this is a perfect time for the both of you to man the fuck up and get used to each other.” And with that, the redhead slammed the box down onto the table.

The box was decorated obnoxiously with colors, and a bold childish text could be read on the cover- “Candyland”. She was trying to get them to playing a child’s game. “Shut up. We’re playing Candyland.” The girl hissed firmly. She took a rather defensive stance, and one would have to wonder just what she’d do if anyone questioned her game.
