-Who he is-

Who or what Caleb is depends entirely on the person that encounters him. Under most occasions Caleb is nothing more then a simple passer by, his attire possibly earning him a second glance here and again. To a pokemon trainer or a person in trouble he can be a saving grace, or a guardian angel, somebody willing to help those in desperate need. To others he's a stranger that appears suddenly in the night to either inform or deliver, before returning to the shadows whence he came. However, for those that prey on the helpless he is a horrifying phantom who is all but impossible to outrun and evade.

Caleb is a special agent that works directly under the pokemon league's upper administration. He's their go to guy, their man of the hour and the one they go to with some of their most important assignments. Years of law enforcement work and physical training has made this silent man all the more dangerous to the League's enemies. His ability with a saber and pistol more then make up for his inability to run and woe betide the man or woman who takes his limp as a sign of weakness. A former contender for the pokemon championship, Caleb's ability as a trainer and battler has only gotten better with age. Caleb's own team of six are always with him, either on his belt and or by his side. Out of the six, only his Houndoom and his Aerodactyl come out that often, the later being his main form of transport through out the world.

-Friends-

Making friends with Caleb isn't easy. The man has little time for a social life and his cold demeanor doesn't make for somebody most people want as anything more then acquaintance.. or even around them at all. On the job it's rare that he works directly with anyone and those that end up working with him will realize quickly that his tolerance for incompetence is low. Because of the nature of his job he is not fond of working with rookies in the field, weather or not their pokemon or human. If he's going to be working alongside somebody it'll be an individual that will carry their own weight, likely high ranking league trainers or gym leaders.

However, there was once a time when Caleb was much more light hearted. As a young man he traveled far beyond Johto as a trainer and along the way he did make friends in Johto, Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. It is very likely that he is at least acquaintances with those from Blackthorn City, his hometown.

-Enemies-

Because of the nature of his job with the pokemon league, Caleb is going to be one of the biggest enemies for Team Ultimatum and unlike most people in such a position, he's gonna be the one on the offensive. Seeing that he's been working with the league for a while, it is highly likely they are already aware of his existence, though would know little about him. Besides Team Ultimatum, Caleb is going to be very unfriendly with those that are abusive to their own pokemon and he will be *especially* antagonistic for those out to hurt the young trainers that are out traveling the world.


-Lovers-

Caleb is not at this point looking for a relationship and is most definitely not the type of person most people would look at as relationship material. However, it's not *impossible* for him to fall for somebody. It would have to be a woman, as he's heterosexual and it would have to be somebody that does not clash with his personality. They'd also have to be the ones willing to make the first move, as romance is the last thing on his mind right now.
